* Please allow processing time to be anywhere from 3-15 business days!

* Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number! 

* After your package is shipped out USPS will be responsible for all packages! Please contact USPS with any missing or lost packages! You may also need to file a claim or police report depending on your demographic area! 

* If you receive a damaged item(s) there will be a grace period of 48 hours to contact us so we can properly assess the issue in order to proceed with a re-shipment of your order! However, we will require photo proof of any damage, and for the product(s) to be returned before we can reship a product(s)!

* There is a No Refund Policy!

  • Try not to get your bracelet(s) wet.
  • Avoid sprays such as hairsprays, perfumes, etc. (Please spray before putting your  bracelet(s) on).
