Customer Responsibility:

You are responsible for accurately sizing your press-on nails. This involves measuring the width of each of your natural nails in millimeters and selecting press-on nails that closely match those measurements, if you choose to measure your nails using the Step by Step Measurement Guide. It's important for you to follow sizing guidelines provided by us to ensure the best fit. If the nails don't fit properly, it can result in discomfort or difficulty with application, or choose the Measurement Packet for a more accurate and fabulous fit.

We Cannot Guarantee Sizing:

While we strive to offer a variety of sizes, there's no guarantee that you'll find an exact match for each of your nails.You may need to adjust the press-on nails to better fit your natural nails. This could involve filing or trimming the sides to achieve a closer match. Again, we strongly recommend that you Measure Up by purchasing one of our Measurement Packets for a more accurate and precise fit.

Refund Policy:

We regret to inform you that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any reason. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Processing Time: Please note that our current processing time for orders is 3-15 business days. This processing time does not include shipping time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Processing times may vary depending on factors such as order volume, product customization, and inventory availability. 

Regretfully there are times where orders have to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. Any cancellations will have to be submitted and approved within 24 hours. Cancellations will not be accepted at all in the event that products have already been shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have already been charged for the order, and no products have been shipped a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. The time in which you receive your refund varies depending on your cardholder, and/or bank, or credit union. 

If/when an order is canceled by Royally Pressed or unforeseen circumstances that the customer has faced. I will inform you regarding the acceptance or denial of your refund. Refunds will entail a processing/cancellation fee of $15 in addition to any transaction fees accrued. If your request is approved, a credit, minus the processing fee, will be issued and automatically applied to your initial payment method, be it a credit card or another mode of payment.

USPS rarely misplaces a beat, but for peace of mind, go Priority for a double dose of security and speed. Once your package sets sail from my end, it's like watching a ship sail into the horizon – out of my hands! While I'll be your map in the search for lost treasures, only Priority-insured voyages guarantee a shiny replacement chest. Remember, it's up to you to wrangle your local post office for lost packages. Ahoy!
